Sometimes, simple encounters can give rise to great adventures...
That's how Benjamin, former co-owner of Boris Bistro, met Alessandra, an award-winning gluten-free chef and baker for over 10 years. In just a few days, they decided to open an establishment together. While enjoying a box of gluten free baked goods that Alessandra had brought, they realized all the potential they had between their hands. Following a meeting with Noémie and Patrick, their respective spouses, the decision to open a business together came to an evidence. Panella is now a place where you can enjoy wonderful gluten free products, safely!
