Poke Bowl with crunchy porc meatballs, marinated tofu
and homemade ceviche sauce.
Thursday: Caprese Salade (Tomatoes, arugula, mozzarella and basil) Homemade Farfalle with pesto and grilled chicken breast.
Friday : Quinoa Arancini with huancaïna sauce and pico de gallo Stuffed pepper with porc stew and grilled mozarella served with white rice.
Saturday: Parsley Bruschetta, garlic and grilled mozzarella Homemade Fettuccini with Bolognese sauce.
