Andrea Salad 🥗 (lettuce, dried figs, tomato, croutons, and balsamic vinaigrette with raspberries)

Arroz tapado 🍚🍳🍲 (minced beef stew, tomato sauce, grapes, and olives served with rice and topped with a fried egg)

▶️Friday:

Rosemary and onion focaccia 🌿🧅

Fettuccine paglia e fieno (fresh green pasta) and yellow potatoes served with a ham and mushroom béchamel sauce 🍄‍🍝🍖

▶️Saturday:

Corn croquettes served with pico de gallo 🧆🌽

Chicken causa 🍛🍋‍ (a Peruvian dish made with potatoes, yellow aji, lime, chicken, and avocado) accompanied by a fresh salad
